Membership days

A typical membership day runs from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm on a monthly basis. Most membership meetings are attanded by 75+ members. Educational presentations and discussions take place at such events. Sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Banner of the sponsor displayed in emails to members prior to the event.
• Banner of the sponsor displayed on this website on the specific event details page (This will not be removed after the event but continue to be accessible via "Past Events" section).
• Banner of the sponsor displayed at the event.
• Deliver a talk/presentation of 40 minutes to members at the event.

Generally, attendees are also provided with light dinner.

For a membership day, sponsorship is Rs. 60000/=.

Seminars and workshops

The Chapter regularly organizes seminars and workshops for members and the general public. The number of attendees vary. Sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Banner of the sponsor displayed in emails and all advertising material.
• Banner of the sponsor displayed on this website on the specific event details page (This will not be removed after the event but continue to be accessible via "Past Events" section).
• Banner of the sponsor displayed at the event.
• Two representatives from the sponsor to participate the event free of charge.
• A representative from the sponsor to join the pannel of experts (if a pannel discussion is held)
• Deliver a talk/presentation of 60 minutes to members at the event.

For a typical one day seminar or workshop attended by about 60 participants, sponsorship is Rs. 250000/=. This amount is subject to change based on the nature of the event (duration, number of participants, extended advertising done, organization cost). Ask about customized packages and bundles to fit your budget and marketing goals.

Conference

The Chapter organizes an yearly conference on IT governance covering a broader spectrum of topics (governance, management, value of IT, security, auditing, risk management, business continuity). The conference duration is typically 2 days. Presenters include local and foreign professionals. About 100 participants attend. Conference sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Banner of the sponsor displayed in emails and all advertising material (including newspaper advertisements, posters, pennants).
• Banner of the sponsor displayed on this website on the specific event details page (This will not be removed after the event but continue to be accessible via "Past Events" section).
• Banner of the sponsor displayed at the event.
• A desk is given to the sponsor to showcase the products and services of the sponsor.
• Backdrop to include banner of the sponsor.
• Two representatives from the sponsor to participate the event free of charge.
• A representative from the sponsor to join the pannel of experts (if a pannel discussion is held)
• Project short videos from the sponsors during breaks - several times.
• Deliver a talk/presentation of 60 minutes to members at the event.

The Platinum sponsorship is Rs. 1.5 million. Customized packages are possible.

The website includes articles written by members, job opportunities and Chapter announcements that adds dynamism and brings in visitors. You can display your advertisement via the website in a promiment location of the sidebar. Animated content (including Flash, gif) is allowed.

Display of a banner of 158px (width) by 200px (hight) for one month in all pages is Rs. 100000/=.

Sponsor an email to members

The Chapter regularly make announcemets to members (4+ per month). You can sponsor such announcements. Your text (limited to about 5 lines) will be included in a promiment location of the email.

The sponsorship cost is Rs. 20000/=. For this, your text (same or different) will be included in 4 announcement emails.
